Michael Owen took his fans by surprise as he shared a family snap this Christmas. The former Liverpool and Manchester United ace enjoyed time with his wife and their four children, including Love Island star Gemma, this festive season and they all looked glam while doing so.
The proud husband and dad took to Instagram to share an image of himself and his wife Louise with their four kids - Gemma, James Michael, Emily May and Jessica. The family-of-five could be seen posing at the bottom of the winding staircase at their plush Chester home as they dressed up for their Christmas dinner.
Gemma, who appeared in this summer's Love Island where she made it to the final with now ex-boyfriend Luca Bish, looked chic in an all-white jumpsuit with her dark locks styled in loose waves. The 19-year-old stood with her younger sisters on either side, with them both donning little black dresses.

Louise, meanwhile, looked gorgeous in a sparkling beige number which she paired with matching cream shoes while an outnumbered Michael and James stood behind the ladies on the bottom step of the stairs to make themselves seen in the stunning snap.
"Happy Christmas from The Owen’s," Michael, 43, typed alongside the image. Gemma also posed for a separate photo alongside her mum and dad which she shared with her millions of followers. "Feeling grateful for those closest to me. Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas," she penned.
The teen equestrian star also shared some snaps of the families’ celebrations, showing a large table with around 20 places prepared. She captioned the decorated table: “We’re ready.”
But it was Michael's post also caught fans' attention due to his son, James, who is 16. They appeared to be surprised by their uncanny likeness and quickly flocked to the comments section to respond.
