Michael Owen is said to be "barely watching" Love Island despite daughter Gemma Owen being on the show, with him reportedly "anxious" over how she could behave.
The former footballer, 42, has previously shared concern over his eldest daughter, 19, taking part in the ITV2 show, with him keen to avoid seeing her kiss other islanders.
She's been growing close to Luca Bish, 23, in the villa over recent weeks, though the pair are currently apart as the girls are spending some time in Casa Amor this week.
And whilst her parentage has been a topic of conversation amongst viewers since the new series' launched, it's been claimed that Michael hasn't watched much of the show.
A source told the Daily Mail : "Michael has barely watched the show as he has been quite busy over the past few weeks." He however is said to have been kept updated.
They added that his wife Louise Owen "keeps him up to date" though, with the source adding that he has told her not to mention any of the "bad stuff" from the show.
The source said he will be "relieved" when Gemma has returned home, though they stated that he is "massively proud" of her and knows that she is a "sensible" person.

They however said that Michael knows his eldest child is ambitious, with him reportedly concerned about the lengths that she could go to in order to win the show.
The source commented: "He knows she is incredibly ambitious which has left him a bit anxious that doesn't lead to her doing stuff to win the show that she might otherwise normally have stepped back from."
Discussing his concern with the outlet, the source further commented that the father-of-three "hopes she doesn't take things too far" whilst she's appearing on the show.
The Mirror approached Michael's rep for comment.
Gemma has been coupled up with Luca for most of the series so far, with them having shown little interest in getting to know other islanders, in a romantic sense, over recent weeks.
