Michael J. Fox took a bit of a tumble whilst on stage at a fan convention over the weekend, though fortunately he appeared to be uninjured.
The actor, 61, was in attendance for a Back to the Future panel during the Fan Expo in Philadelphia on Sunday alongside some of his former co-stars from the film trilogy.
After being introduced at the event, Michael was seen bowing to fellow cast members Christopher Lloyd, 84, and Tom Wilson, 64, who were already on stage for the panel.
Michael then seemed to lose his footing whilst on the stage at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, with footage from the event showing the actor falling over after his bow.
Fortunately, the actor's fall appeared to have been softened by a couch nearby, with him having fallen onto the piece of furniture on stage rather than him hitting the floor.
Michael seemed to be uninjured and he even jumped up from the couch moments later, seemingly to show the crowd in attendance that he was alright after the fall.
It comes shortly after Michael - who was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 1991 - spoke about his health in an interview on CBS Mornings in around April this year.
He said on the show that his experience with Parkinson's disease is "getting harder". Michael further commented at the time: "Every day it gets tougher, but that's the way it is."
The NHS states that the condition can affect mobility and lead to balance problems, among other symptoms. Although there's no cure, treatments may reduce symptoms.
Michael's appearance on the An Afternoon with the Cast of Back to the Future panel at the Fan Expo over the weekend comes almost four decades after his debut in the trilogy.
He first played the character Marty McFly in Back to the Future (1985), before reprising the role in Back to the Future Part II (1989) and Back to the Future Part III (1990).
It wasn't the only role that he played in the trilogy though, as the sequels saw some cast members take on additional characters, including both himself and co-star Tom.
Tom primarily played antagonist Biff Tannen in the three films though, whilst their co-star Christopher played Dr. Emmett 'Doc' Brown in the beloved science-fiction trilogy.
Michael spoke about the legacy of the iconic Back to the Future film series during an interview that he did with Entertainment Tonight towards the end of last year.
He said: "There's something about it that connects with people on every level. [...] What's most amazing about [it] is that, and it has nothing to do with me, but it has this life."
Further commenting on the success of the original film, he said during the interview that "people don't just like it and remember it," they instead "celebrate it and embrace it".
