Michael Bublé treats tour crew to cheesy Manchester favourite for AO Arena show

World-renowned pop star Michael Bublé is performing the first of two consecutive shows at the AO Arena in Manchester on Friday night. It's part of a world tour that will also see him jetting off to Australia and Mexico later this year.

Hopping around the globe singing some of the best-loved love songs of the past few decades takes more than just one man with a whole crew making sure everything runs smoothly. And keeping everyone happy and fed must surely be a key part of this.

Many would have thought that Michael would have his own in-house catering crew to serve only the best for him and his team. However, it turns out Bublé has looked locally for his meal tonight, and he would certainly be spoilt for choice as we know in Manchester.

And what better than a grilled cheese to prepare you for a night of love songs? Northern Soul - which has become a staple for toastie lovers in the city - has tonight revealed that Bublé has made a massive order for his crew before tonight's show.

The posted on their Instagram story a short time ago saying: "@michaelbuble The LEGEND is treating HIS AMAZING CREW tonight with some GRILLED CHEESE."

This was followed by a video showing their team hard at work making countless grilled cheeses with the caption: "Grafting hard for tonight's Michael Bublé order! Treating the crew to a Manchester treat!"

They followed this with a full post expressing their honour that international sensation Buble would choose a Northern Quarter favourite, saying: "Grilled cheese incoming to @michaelbuble and his hard working tour crew! This Canadian cheese loving smooth man is treating them to a Manchester independent cheese food delight.

"Your support means the world to us! Have a fab gig folks! We will be delivering some cheesy goodness after!"
