Beale's men were knocked out of Champions League qualifying and dropped into the Europa League as a result of the hammering.
Borna Barisic limped off in that game around the 50-minute mark, and the manager has provided an update on his injury status, as well as other members of the squad ahead of the big derby clash.
He told the media: "Barisic will be fine for the weekend after a scan.
"Roofe and Lawrence both in a fantastic place and in the squad.
"Dowell has the slight issue with his knee he is recovering from so will need to wait and see on that one."
