Met Office weather forecast for Leeds on Monday as warm spell continues

Leeds could enjoy some of the warmest temperatures in Yorkshire today (Mon) as the fine weather continues in the city.

The Met Office is predicting temperatures will climb to 13C by 3pm - and it will be even warmer later in the week. It will be a clear day today, with some cloud moving into the city in the late afternoon.

But it will be a chilly start to the day with temperatures of just 2C and 3C between 7am and 8am.

The Met Office is predicting "a fine and sunny day" in Yorkshire on Monday. It says early and isolated mist or fog will soon clear, giving way to "rather warm" conditions.

Looking further ahead, Leeds could be basking in temperatures of 15C for the rest of the week. Sunny and clear weather is predicted for the city in the coming days with no rain forecast so far.

The sun will rise in Leeds at 6.07am on Monday and set again at 6.21pm.
