WXChart meteorologists predict snow will be first seen in Scotland before moving South to northern England, according to The Sun Online.

East Anglia is predicted to be hit with wintry showers early on January 29, before parts of the country between Aberdeen and Hampshire will then see snow on Sunday January 30, the Mirror reports.

Monday night:

Areas of mist and fog are likely to prove slow to clear, perhaps persisting all day in some spots. Otherwise, gradually brightening to a fine day with some sunny spells. Maximum temperature 8 °C.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

Unsettled midweek, with rain moving gradually south. Brighter, breezier and colder conditions will eventually follow, with more settled conditions re-establishing for the remainder of the week, with frosts and fog.
