Forecasters say snow could fall over Bristol from midnight tonight until noon tomorrow. The Met Office weather warning says Ice and some snow could lead to difficult travel conditions in places.
According to the Met Office, the cold snap could increase health risks, impact the most vulnerable people, and interfere with the delivery of services. A Met Office statement says: "There is at least a 60% probability of severe cold weather/icy conditions/heavy snow between 0001 on Monday 06 Mar and 2359 on Wednesday 08 Mar across England.

What to expect
- Some roads and railways likely to be affected with longer journey times by road, bus and train services
- Some injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces
- Probably some icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths
Tomorrow's Met Office forecast says: "Rather cloudy on Tuesday with rain and sleet at times, perhaps some snow, especially over hills. Turning brighter in the afternoon, but cloud may linger across Cornwall. Feeling cold. Maximum temperature 6C."
The outlook from Wednesday to Friday is: "Mostly cloudy on Wednesday with some rain or snow, after a frosty start. Gradually turning milder later in the week although further rain at times. Often rather windy."
