The Met Office has issued a yellow warning for fog across Nottinghamshire this weekend. The warning covers the majority of Nottinghamshire and runs from 2am until 11am on Saturday, January 21.
Weather experts have said the fog is expected to lead to some travel delays on Friday night and Saturday morning.
The East Midlands will experience some freezing fog patches on Saturday morning will be slow to clear. Sunny spells during the morning with a little more cloud through the afternoon. All parts staying dry. Chilly. Maximum temperature 6 °C.”

Officials have stated that slower journey times with delays to bus and train services possible during the warning. As well as there being is a chance of delays or cancellations to flights.
From Sunday, January 22, until Tuesday, January 24, weather officials have forecasted it to become milder and breezier across the East Midlands. On Tuesday it’s predicted that the region will experience light rain, with parts of the East staying with some sunny spells.
