The Met Office has issued more weather warnings for over the weekend - with Greater Manchester covered by two for ice and heavy rain.
Storm Eunice is currently battering the UK with several warnings in place, including two rare red 'danger to life' alerts in the south of England and south Wales.
Winds of more than 90mph have already been recorded in some areas as the storm - feared to be one of the UK's worst in 30 years - moves over the country.
An amber warning for wind is in place over Greater Manchester until 9pm tonight.

Though the worst of the storm is expected to have cleared by tonight, the Met Office has now issued more weather warnings for the weekend.
Two yellow warnings - one for ice and one for heavy rain - will affect Greater Manchester.
A warning for ice has been issued from 6pm tonight to 9am tomorrow (Saturday).
Forecasters predict a mix of wintry showers and clear spells will lead to a cold night, with some icy stretches set to develop on untreated roads.
On Sunday, a yellow warning for rain has been issued from midnight until 6pm.
The Met Office said heavy rain is expected to fall, which could lead to some disruption throughout the day.
Flooding 'of a few homes and businesses is likely' and there may be difficult driving conditions on some roads.
Today, the worst effects of Storm Eunice are expected in the south west of the country where a red warning is in place.
The Met Office has warned that flying debris could cause some danger, while damage to buildings and homes due to the strong winds is also likely.
People across the UK are being urged not to travel unless it is necessary due to the danger posed by the storm.
The worst of the weather is expected to hit Greater Manchester from around lunchtime.
