After parts of Liverpool and Merseyside were blanketed in snow last week, the Met Office has issued a fresh warning for the North West.
The yellow weather warning, which covers most of the north, is for snow and ice with wintry showers expected over the next two days. It's in place from 5pm today (Monday) until 10am on Tuesday (March 14).
The weather warning means that some roads and railways likely to be affected with longer journey times by road, bus and train services. Roads are also expected to be icy.

Lows of -2C are forecast overnight on Monday. Here is the full forecast for this week:
Monday
Wet and windy, turning colder into Tuesday. Highs of 11C that feels more like 7C, with the temperature starting to dip from around 4pm.
Tuesday
Lows of 4C that will feel more like -1C. It is set to turn frosty through the early hours, with ice possible on "untreated surfaces". There will likely be some sunny intervals mixed with "scattered wintry showers", and a strong, cold breeze.
Wednesday
Wintry showers should ease on Wednesday with periods of rain later "possibly" preceded by snow. Highs of 6C that will feel more like 1C.
Thursday
Thursday is set to be considerably, with highs of 12C that feel like 9C. Things will get off to a wet start, with an 80% chance of rain at 6am, and showers throughout the morning amid some sunny intervals.
Friday
A similar forecast to Thursday, with highs of 12C and calmer winds and some more showers.
