A string of homes across Merseyside have gone on the market starting from as little as £25,000.
The properties are being marketed by estate agents McHugh & Co and are among the cheapest available homes in the region right now. They will go under the hammer via an online auction on Wednesday, March 29, 2023.
Three homes in Liverpool are starting from just £25,000. They include a two-bed terrace on Tudor Street in Kensington, which is let on an assured shorthold tenancy of £350 a month, and a two-bed property on Faraday Street in Everton.

On Garnett Avenue in Kirkdale, a three-bed home which brings in £6,000 a year in rent is also starting at £25,000.
On the Wirral, a two-bed Wallasey house is let for £450 a month, bringing in £5,400 a year, and is just a stone's throw from the coast on Briardale Road.
The auction property that would make the most for an investor is in Birkenhead, with the four-bed terrace on Cathcart Street bringing in £7,140 per year.
The homes will go to auction alongside a number of other properties with guide prices of between £30,000 and £45,000.
Among those with the highest guide price is a four-bed home on Woodland Road in Walton which also boasts a garden. The end terrace is being sold as a vacant possession, with some work already started on its interior.
Much of the house is bare and the bathroom has already been partially ripped out.
Other locations include Dovecot, West Derby, Old Swan, Tuebrook, Norris Green and St Helens.
