Do you constantly find yourself shoving a camera in front of your four legged friend's face?
Could your camera roll and social media pages be mistaken for a cat fan page? If so, you might want to dig out your favourite photo of your cat and enter it into our monthly photo competition, Mersey Snaps, as we're giving you (and your feline) the chance to be crowned the winner this month.
In one of our recent competitions, we asked our readers to send in their best dog photos and were overwhelmed with the response which saw over 1000 dog pictures submitted. Each one deserved of the top prize, but only one could be crowned the winner.
The winning photo will be showcased across the ECHO. This includes being featured in print and taking centre stage as the Facebook and Twitter header for our huge audience to see.
We are looking forward to seeing all of your cat photos. Whether it's a crazy cat image ready to be shown to the world, or just an extremely cute kitten you think deserves appreciation, we want to see.
The winner will be voted for by readers with the cat receiving the most votes taking May's crown.
You have until Monday, May 22 to submit your photo. The winner will then be announced at the end of the month.
