Accountancy and business advisory practice Jerroms has merged with Solihull outfit Financial Accounting Services.
The team from Financial Accounting Services has now relocated to join Jerroms at its HQ on Blythe Valley Park, also in Solihull.
Jerroms' managing director Mark Eden said the deal was part of a planned expansion strategy for the firm.
He added: "We have known director Carl and his practice for many years and have thoroughly enjoyed working with them previously.
"We are really pleased to welcome them to our team, we believe they will be a fantastic addition to our Solihull office."
Carl Hall, director of Financial Accounting Services, added: "Jerroms is an excellent fit for us. Our shared core values allow us to continue to provide a high level of service to our longstanding client relationships while also allowing our clients the opportunity to benefit from utilising a broader range of specialist services within the Jerroms Group."
Terms of the merger deal were not disclosed.
