MEPC finds new home in Paradise

The team leading Birmingham's £1.2 billion Paradise development has moved to new office space - at Paradise.

Project manager MEPC has taken space on the fifth floor of Two Chamberlain Square where it will base staff working on both the office-led and also the activities of its wider national development teams as it seeks further opportunities in the region.

The space includes a new marketing suite for the Paradise project which it will use to showcase the next phases of development and room to host events.

MEPC joins law firms DLA Piper and Knights and financial services firm Mazars among those to have agreed deals at the building.

Regional development director Rob Groves said: "We are very proud to have created a new home in one of our own buildings and can't wait to welcome clients and contacts to our new space.

"The new space also allows us to look for further opportunities in Birmingham and solidify our continued long-term commitment to the region while creating new shared space for functions and events.

"Our development and asset management teams will now be based at the heart of Paradise, helping us serve our existing occupiers and tenants, as well as welcoming new ones."

The team was previously based in 77 Paradise Circus Queensway on the northern edge of the Paradise development but this is making way for the new 49-storey apartment tower called Octagon.
