Two machetes and a large quantity of drugs and cash were all seized at a home in Wirral.
As police continue to crack down on crime in the borough, Merseyside Police confirmed four men were arrested for drug supply offences in Birkenhead.
On Monday evening, one man was stopped and searched in the area before later being arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled drug of Class B. Officers then carried out a search at a related address where three men tried to "make off".

They were found in possession of a quantity of drugs and soon arrested. During the search, a large amount of drugs, cash, two large machetes, drug paraphernalia and a Rolex watch were seized.
The Wirral policing team posted the images on social media where they said: "All four males were arrested for Possession with Intent to Supply Class B drugs and Possession of Criminal Property and remain in custody awaiting questioning by detectives."
The latest arrests come as part of Operation Remove in which police are cracking down on drugs in communities. On Friday, Merseyside Police were in Tranmere when they spotted something of concern.
A man was reportedly acting suspiciously outside the address. Subsequent searches resulted in four men being arrested on suspicion of drug offences and criminal property as police said "we will take action".
