Melania Trump was seen arriving at Trump Tower in New York City, ahead of former President Donald Trump's arraignment in court.
Wearing a cream jacket, the former First Lady was seen outside the building from which her husband is expected to travel from to court later today.
The former model appeared clutching a designer bag and covered her face with sunglasses as speculation over her marriage continues.
Security personnel surrounded her in black cars as she visited the tower 58-story building last night.
She arrived there despite her husband facing allegations that he had affairs with two women while they were married.
Insiders recently claimed that the Trumps could be heading for divorce as former pornstar Stormy Daniels and Playboy model Karen McDougal allege affairs with him.
The 45th president denies the affairs.
Insiders claim the couple although living together at Mar-A-Lago conduct separate lives only coming together for the occasional dinner at his Palm Beach mansion.
“Their paths barely cross,” said a source.
“Melania is no different to any woman. Having her husband accused of cheating on her not just once but twice is extremely disturbing.
"There is little wonder people believe it's not just the criminal court Trump is heading to but possibly a divorce one too."
She reportedly renegotiated her pre-nup with her husband when they moved into the White House.
However, there is no concrete evidence to support these claims, and Melania has not commented on them.
Last Thursday, when news of Trump’s indictment broke, she shared dinner with him at their home, but as common now, she was seen and not heard.
Her use of social media has also become a lot less, primarily using her Twitter account to post updates and messages.
However, her tweets have been sporadic, and she has not commented on political issues or current events since her departure from the White House.
The Slovenian former model then appeared by Mr Trump's side publicly for the first time in months late last week as he threw a party at his Mar-a-Lago home in Florida.
Other sources have reportedly said that the relationship between the pair remains normal.
A source told People: “Melania is leading her own life, and still feels happy being at Mar-a-Lago, surrounded by people who love her and who never talk about reality or bad things about her husband."
