Meghan Markle the Duchess of Sussex will be awarded the Ms Foundation Women of Vision Award on Tuesday.
And the former actress is expected to step out in full glam mode and glow in the spotlight, according to an expert.
The Duchess, 41, is set to receive the coveted accolade tonight (May 16) for "her global advocacy to empower and advocate on behalf of women and girls" through her work at her and husband Prince Harry's Archewell Foundation.
With Meghan due to step out for the glitzy event in New York, it's safe to say that all eyes will be on the Duchess.
Fans will be keen to see what Meghan will wear and how she will style her ensemble, so what are the predictions from an expert?
Speaking exclusively to Mirror US, Celebrity Stylist and Royal Fashion Expert, Miranda Holder, has lifted the lid on her style predictions ahead of Meghan's arrival.
"It feels like ages since we have seen Meghan Markle in full glam mode, since leaving the UK she has had less than a handful of occasions for which she has needed to dress up to the nines," Miranda explained, anticipating a glamorous look for tonight's event.
"The latest incarnation is more laid back, California cool, happiest in shorts and even hiking boots (the fashion set’s white trainer replacement) as seen in the photos taken of her during the Coronation weekend," she added.
Speaking about the colours that Meghan seems to be opting for of late, Miranda says that colour-wise she "seems to have returned to the wardrobe of her early Royal career".
The expert spoke of how she is now rarely being seen donning anything other than neutrals, speculating: "whether this is another ploy to blend in until her popularity rises again I don’t know."
"In her essence however, Meghan glows best in the spotlight, so surely this evening is the perfect opportunity for the Duchess to wow us with an unforgettable outfit?!" she speculated.
The Royal style expert went on to add that Meghan best suits colours from what is known in fashion circles as the "winter palette".
Miranda explains that the winter palette that Meghan suits means she looks radiant in "rich, jewel toned brights, deep black and clear white," adding that she would personally "love to see her adopting some uplifting colour into her look".
"She looks gorgeous in deep reds, purples or maybe an electric blue," Miranda added, with her adding how she would also love to see Meghan in an "ultra-sophisticated silhouette".
This comes as Meghan will receive the accolade in New York with journalist and social activist Gloria Steinem presenting the royal with the prize.
