Meghan Markle shares behind-the-scenes clip from new Netflix show featuring cameo from Prince Harry

Meghan has shared behind the scenes footage of her new Netflix lifestyle show, with Prince Harry making a surprise cameo.

The new series, With Love, Meghan, will air on the streaming platform from March 4, with the Duchess of Sussex sharing a clip on social media with the caption: “Six more days until our show launches on Netflix!

"Celebrating the crew and everyone who helped make this happen! The countdown begins."

The footage showed her joking with crew members, dancing in the kitchen and preparing a variety of dishes.

Prince Harry also made a surprise appearance as the couple left their California mansion to apparently go shopping.

The couple’s beloved beagle, Guy, who passed away earlier this year, also featured in the clip, while Meghan could also be seen bee-keeping.

The eight-part lifestyle series, with episodes of around 30 minutes long, will see Meghan sharing life advice and entertaining celebrity friends in her Montecito home.

The trailer showed Duchess preparing Victoria Sponge cake and tending to beehives whilst The Lovin' Spoonful's Do You Believe in Magic played.

Notable guests include actress Mindy Kaling, who declares on camera: “What! This is probably one of the most glamorous moments of my life.”

The series welcomes other members of Meghan's inner circle, including Suits co-star Abigail Spencer and makeup artist Daniel Martin, alongside wealthy neighbours like Vicky Tsai, who sold her beauty brand Tatcha for £393million in 2019.

It comes after Meghan relaunched her lifestyle brand under the new name ‘As Ever’, giving her the green light to launch household goods tied to the Netflix show.

However, the Duchess of Sussex will not be able to use her 'As Ever' brand to sell clothing as originally planned, due to a naming conflict with a Chinese fast-fashion retailer.

Trademark officials in the US said this was because of similarities in name to ASEVER, which supplies high street shops such as H&M and is based in Shenzhen, China.
