Meghan Markle is set to launch a podcast series later this summer, more than a year after her and Prince Harry signed a "multi-million pound" deal to produce content.
The couple, 40 and 37 respectively, signed an exclusive deal with audio streaming service Spotify in 2020, with this reportedly worth around £18 million.
It was announced at the time that the deal would include podcasts on the platform, through their "audio-first production company," which is called Archewell Audio.
There has so far only been a "holiday special" - which featured them both - that was released by the pair shortly after the deal was made public around Christmas 2020.
It has however been confirmed that the Duchess of Sussex will launch a podcast series on Spotify later this summer, as reported by outlets including Hello magazine recently.
The couple's Archewell foundation opened up about their conversations with the streaming service in a statement issued to the media as part of the announcement.
In a statement, their foundation said: "As we all continue to tackle the misinformation era, Archewell Audio has found it important to work with our partners at Spotify to ensure that the digital technologies so many of us use every day are rooted in strong principles of trust and safety."

It further stated that they are "encouraged by ongoing conversations" that had been had with Spotify about such and have been "working closely" with the platform recently.
This is said to have been towards policies, practices and strategies "meant to raise creator awareness, minimise the spread of misinformation and support transparency."
It concluded: "As we move forward at Archewell Audio, we too are eager to be responsible stewards of an audio landscape that is well-resourced with quality, fact-based information - particularly when it comes to public health."
The news comes just a few months after the couple - who are parents to son Archie, two, and 9-month-old daughter Lilibet - expressed concern about disinformation.
In a statement issued in January, it was said that they had "expressed concern" to Spotify over misinformation on the platform during the Covid-19 pandemic.
They however expressed hoped that the platform would introduce changes to address such, with them adding that they were "committed to continuing" the partnership.
