Meghan Markle's endorses Victoria Beckham for the second time in 48 hours

She may no longer call the UK home, but the former Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle, appears to have maintained her love of British fashion.

On US voter registration day yesterday, she appeared alongside her husband Prince Harry in a video as part of the Time 100, in which they implored Americans to register to vote. For the occasion, the mother-of-one looked chic in a burnt orange Victoria Beckham silk shirt (£570, buy now) which she paired with black trousers by Alexander Wang and Manolo Blahnik pumps.

Despite the criticism the pair's appearance drew - most notably from Donald Trump - 39-year-old Markle made another appearance today on America's Got Talent, to wish good luck to a contestant called Archie, the same name as her son.

With her hair in her previously signature up-'do, she sported the same Victoria Beckham silk shirt, but this time in the slightly more sultry caramel hue (£570, buy now.) The royal opted this time to pair her shirt with black leather trousers (big news for autumn, FYI) and some Cartier and Monica Vinader bling.

Of course, this isn't the first time the former actress has championed Beckham's fashion. Rumour has it that in the run up to her wedding in 2018, Markle reached out to Beckham to ask for fashion and beauty advice, and in an interview with ES Magazine last year, the former spice girl said: "Meghan seems like a genuinely lovely woman, who really loves him. It felt very real, very honest.”

Markle opted to wear a navy ensemble of Beckham's for her first Christmas Day at Sandringham in 2018 and, more recently, rocked *that* electric blue Victoria Beckham dress to the Royal Endeavour Awards in March, shortly before she bid adieu to royal life.

Beckham's Meghan-approved silk shirts may well be *chef's kiss* oh-so-chic, but if your budget is a little more modest, then these are the best dupes to shop now.
