Meghan and Harry have reportedly "ruffled feathers" at Netflix which has left their deal looking pretty vulnerable.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex suffered a huge blow earlier this month when their £20m Spotify deal was cancelled, meaning Meghan's award-winning Archetypes podcast was axed after just one season.
It now seems like their $98 million Netflix deal could be left "hanging in the balance" too just weeks after the Duchess was left "feeling knocked sideways" by the sudden end of her podcast.
According to reports, the couple were branded as "grifters" by a top Spotify executive after they were dropped by the digital music streaming giant.
However, more trouble could be on the way for the couple who left the royal family in 2020 as new reports allege that Netflix may be cutting ties with them too, the Mirror reports.
A report in a recent issue of Closer Magazine claims that a source at Netflix said the company "could end their £78 million deal" -which totals to more than $98 million.
The magazine then adds that Harry and Meghan's million pound dollar fortune could be "dented" if one of the few deals they have left is pulled from under them due to the high end lifestyle which they are used to living.
The source went on to allege that the couple have also "ruffled some feathers" at Netflix which has apparently caused some tension.
In addition to this, the magazine also reports that a source has told of how Meghan "can't believe she's been attacked so viciously and so publicly" by Spotify and one of their top execs.
They added that the couple being dubbed as 'grifters' is "humiliating".
The couple announced the end of their contract with Spotify in a joint statement from themselves and the streaming giant which alleged that the termination had been a "mutual agreement".
Harry and Meghan had released their own initial one-off episode together before Meghan launched her own series Archetypes which she was awarded Top Podcast Entertainment Host at the Gracie Awards this year just weeks before the podcast was cancelled.
The 12-episode series saw Meghan invite other celebrities onto the show including tennis legend Serena Williams, socialite Paris Hilton and singer Mariah Carey to discuss the history of stereotypes that get used against women.
