The couple had previously opened up about experiencing a miscarriage over a year ago and recently confirmed their engagement in 2022.
Megan Fox, 38, was previously married to actor Brian Austin Green from 2010 to 2021, with whom she shares three sons. Machine Gun Kelly, 34, whose real name is Colson Baker, has a daughter from a previous relationship.
