Four teenagers were hospitalised on Friday following a medical emergency at a house in the village of Mooncoin, in south Kilkenny.
Three boys and one girl were taken to University Hospital Waterford for treatment with one of the boys transferred to Cork University Hospital.
Gardai and ambulance services were called to the house in the Comeragh View estate shortly before 11am.

The condition of the teenagers has not been disclosed. A large number of gardai remained at the scene for several hours.
In a statement gardai said: “Gardai were called to the scene of a medical incident at a property in Mooncoin on Friday morning.
"Three males and one female, all aged in their teens were taken to Waterford University Hospital to receive treatment. No further information is available at this time”.
