McDonald's limited-edition Biscoff McFlurry has just a few days left on the menu so, if you’ve been waiting to try it, now is your time.
After months of anticipation from when it was first teased back in the spring, the Lotus Biscoff McFlurry is now on its way out again.
The limited-edition ice cream was first available in the restaurant chain from June 21, offering a “deeply caramelised tasting biscuit” that is “swirled onto the soft-serve McFlurry ice cream giving it that extra crunch”.
Available throughout the UK and Ireland, the Biscoff McFlurry has gone down a treat with fans of the biscuit, but is soon to disappear into the McFlurry special flavour archive.
However, some flavours do return, so it might not be goodbye forever. Here’s what you need to know to make sure you can try it one last time.
What is the price of the Biscoff McFlurry?
The Biscoff McFlurry comes in two sizes, with the larger one costing £1.99 and the smaller ‘Mini McFlurry’ just £1.49.
This is slightly more than the standard Smarties, Maltesers, and Oreo McFlurries, which cost £1.29 or 99p, depending on the size. However, these options, unlike the limited-edition McFlurries, don’t come with any sauce.
When is the Biscoff McFlurry end date?
The fast-food chain is getting rid of the Biscoff McFlurry from next Wednesday, August 2.
Two other items will also disappear from the menu, the Spicy Sriracha Wrap and the Double Big Mac.
The Spicy Sriracha Wrap was made up of chicken breast, sriracha sauce, cucumber, onions, and lettuce in a soft tortilla wrap, while the Double Big Mac had all the same ingredients as McDonald’s signature burger, only doubled.
All three of these items were only ever temporary, with McDonald’s switching up some of its menu every six weeks.
