Fast food giant McDonald's has found itself in hot water with furious shoppers after announcing an axe on its breakfast menu.
This morning Maccies shared news that it would be permanently getting rid of several fan favourites from the breakfast menu, and people are really, really angry.
A post read: "It is with love and deep respect for one another that we announce that we are parting ways with Breakfast Bagels & Breakfast Wraps.

"Despite speculation and following a trial separation period, Breakfast Bagels and Breakfast Wraps will not be returning to the menu. We adore each other deeply but our love for the iconic McMuffin was simply too hard to ignore."
The post continued: "We want our fans to know this is a mutual decision, to the extent that a bagel can make its own decision.
"Thank you to everyone who has supported our union. As for the rumours that there will be a new breakfast bae on the scene later this year... no comment.
"But it's now time to say, 'that's a wayp'. And bagel.
"And that the McMuffin is 99p today."
Unsurprisingly, the news has gone down like a lead balloon with shoppers, who are now threatening to 'boycott' McDonald's.
Social media has been flooded with comments from furious McDonald's fans, who aren't holding back with their opinions.
Melissa Flynn said: "2 of the best items removed... Definitely no need for a maccies breakfast now."
Sorcha Alice McKay fumed: "So the two best breakfast items gone."
Blake John commented: "For 2 years I have suffered muffins waiting and hoping for the day that the good breakfast stuff comes back and now this! Betrayal."
Sarah Hathaway complained: "Clearly not a decision made on your customers opinions then? We all want the wrap back!"
Natalie Shepherd said: "This is now why we make our own removed 2 of the best parts of the breakfast menu."
Christine Sales asked: "Why would you do this when so many people want it back the bagels where much nicer then the roll."
Lee Naylor wrote: "I can’t believe this! You’ve ruined my weekends!! You won’t bring back the iconic bagels but you’ll spend 3 years trying to get a cheese slice to melt on a plant burger!! The breakfast roll is no substitute for the breakfast wrap either! We’re done!"
Lauren Jayne said: "I feel emotionally traumatised that the bagel will not be returning. They got me through the worst of teenage hangovers and were my go to good morning breakfast. A terrible decision."
McDonald's post has now received more than 41,000 comments, and for the most part, people aren't happy, so Maccies might want to rethink this one.
