McDonald’s is dishing out two of its favourite offerings for less in cut-priced deals this Monday (August 8). The fast food giant is offering the reductions for anyone ordering via the McDonald's app.
The app users can enjoy the first deal of the day from 5am and tuck into the Breakfast Roll for only £1.99, making a saving of £1.20. From 11am customers will be able to save £2.60 on the McPlant which will be on sale for just 99p
Customers can now earn reward points when they purchase a McDonald’s Monday offer by opting into MyMcDonald’s Rewards. McDonald’s first-ever such scheme means every penny spent equals one point. When customers reach 1,500 points, they can choose between menu items including small Fries, a Hash Brown, or a Side Salad. With 2,500 points, a Double Cheeseburger or Vegetable Deluxe is on the cards. Finally, with 4,000 points, customers can choose between favourites like six McNuggets or a Big Mac.
There is also an option for customers to donate the cash equivalent of their points to BBC Children in Need, FareShare and Ronald McDonald House Charities to support the company’s commitment to funding and supporting youth work, alongside reducing food poverty and waste in the UK.
Both deals are exclusively available on the McDonald’s App and customers can start earning points on all orders by downloading via Google Play or the Apple App Store here, signing up and opting into MyMcDonald’s Rewards.
