McDonald's has extended its 20 percent off offer for NHS staff until the end of 2022.
The fast food giant has decided to keep its discount for healthcare workers, which it first unveiled last July.
The NHS Discount Offers scheme says NHS staff will get the discount when ordering online.
To get the money off, you will need to order through the McDonald's app.
To do this, you must sign up to the McDonald's app with your NHS email address and wait approx 48 hours for the offer to appear in the deals section of the app.
Eligible workers can use the deal when required.
But there is one string attached - you can only use the deal once a week, as it refreshes every Monday.
David Bater, marketing executive at NHS Discount Offers said: "This is a great start to the New Year for NHS staff who work in difficult and testing conditions all year round. Staff members take advantage of this money saving offer from Mcdonalds as you can make significant savings.
"Its a really kind gesture from this well known UK brand and its great news they've extended the offer until the end of 2022"

McDonald's first launched the deal last year as a gesture of thanks for their efforts during the 2021 coronavirus pandemic.
The discount was made to frontline heroes to mark "Freedom Day" on July 19 2021.
That was the day that marked the end of a long lockdown - though of course more were to come.
Restaurants are open for walk-in and takeaway, and customers can order via the drive-through, McDelivery and click & serve options using the brand's new app with Uber.
In March last year McDonald's began giving away free drinks to NHS staff too.
All NHS, council and emergency service staff were eligible for the freebie, which was also launched as a thankyou to hard-working state employees.
Workers had to show their work pass at their local restaurant or drive-thru branches to receive the free hot or cold drink item from the menu.
It ended when McDonald's started offering free meals too.
At the end of last year McDonald's also unveiled its first UK 'net zero-carbon' restaurant .
The super-green restaurant, in Market Drayton, Shropshire, is powered by renewable energy from two wind turbines and 92 square metres of solar panels, and has walls insulated with British sheep wool.
The building’s cladding is made from recycled IT equipment and white household goods, amounting to 250 square metres of materials.
Wall signs are made from used coffee beans, each kerb stone is made from 182 recycled plastic bottles and the drive-through lane has been constructed from recycled tyres.
A biodiversity garden and nature trail designed by schoolchildren from Market Drayton Junior School will collect rainwater from the car park and provide a habitat for frogs and other creatures.
