Fakeaways are the perfect solution to a tasty treat without having to splash out or feel guilty for getting yet another takeaway. Sometimes you just want to be able to cure your cravings in the comfort of your own home.
One man has apparently found the perfect alternative for a popular McDonald’s chicken burger that you can pick up in Aldi.
TikTok foodie rightguysreview has shared a ‘dupe’ for the McSpicy that you can make at home using an air fryer.

The McSpicy returned to the McDonald’s menu in the UK on February 15 after so many fans demanded its comeback.
In the video which has over 1.7m views, he says: “"Right guys, don't walk to Aldi, run to Aldi.
"If you like the new McSpicy from McDonald's, there is the McSpicy.”
After throwing it into the air fryer for 20 minutes at 180C, he added that all you need then is lettuce, mayo and buns.
A McSpicy on its own would cost you £4.79, so you would be saving money as one of the Aldi burgers would cost you roughly £1.22 per burger, a sesame brioche bun costs just over 25p a bun, and only a couple p more for a dollop of mayo and a shred of lettuce.
One TikTok user said: “Looks fab. But should of toasted the bun!”
Lee said: “A generational chef this guy” and David added “Thanks for tip absolutely amazing.”
Another TikTok account said: “Just tried this.. was identical thanks for the tip!!”
Cheryl said: “Me and my fella have these. They are lush.”
Coco said: “getting this tomorrow,” while Miss Dawn added: “I love them they are great in the air fryer.”
Jodi, a regular Aldi burger buyer said, “Been buying these for a year. You should toast the bun and add onion and garlic dip, burger cheese, shredded lettuce, gherkins and buffalo sauce.”
