McDonald’s has launched a rewards scheme that enables diners to earn points and get free food and drink.
My McDonald’s Rewards launched as a trial earlier this month in select McDonald’s branches in the North West of England, including Merseyside.
Now, the scheme is launching in a further 48 McDonald’s restaurants in the North West, including branches in Liverpool, Wirral and across Merseyside.

Customers will earn 100 points for every £1 they spend to purchase food and drink with. There is also an option to donate the cash equivalent of your points to BBC Children in Need.
Collect 1,500 points and you can choose between Small Fries, Mini McFlurry, Regular McCafe, Hash Brown, Side Salad or a £1.50 donation to charity.
With 2,500 points, you can claim a Double Cheeseburger, Veggie Deluxe, Bacon Mayo Chicken, Cheesy Bacon Flatbread, Medium Fries or a £2.50 donation to charity.
Collect 4,000 points and you can choose between 6 Chicken McNuggets, Big Mac, McChicken Sandwich, Double Sausage and Egg McMuffin, Premium Salad and a £4.00 donation to charity.
To take part in My McDonald’s Rewards, all you need to do is download the My McDonald’s app and opt into the scheme.
You can redeem your rewards by ordering and paying in the app (for pick up or delivery) or redeem at a drive-thru or front counter.
Merseyside branches added to My McDonald’s Rewards:
Liverpool - Albert Dock, Belle Vale, Ranelagh Street, Aigburth Road, Great Homer Street, Queens Drive, Rice Lane and Edge Lane.
