Not everyone will be able to sit down to a festive dinner with their families on Christmas Day. Emergency service workers, such as police, fire, ambulance and NHS staff, working on December 25, may be looking to grab a quick bite to eat during their shift or at the end of the working day.
However, they won't be able to get a Big Mac and fries at the fast food joints operated by Jerry Nicholls, across Nottinghamshire. The four restaurants in Nottingham at Clumber Street, Exchange Walk, Angel Row and Victoria Centre will be closed on Christmas Day.
The restaurants in West Bridgford, Castle Marina, Netherfield, Clifton and Nuthall Road will also be shutting up shop for staff to enjoy the festivities with their families.
Arnold and Bulwell are amongst the other Notts branches that will be closing at 8pm on Christmas Eve. They will reopen on Boxing Day at 11am.
