It seems McDonald's has done it again with its latest menu addition and fans of the humble chicken nugget will love it.
Spicy chicken nuggets are coming to Scotland next month - but only for a limited time.
The brand new menu item will be available across the UK next month for just seven weeks, reports Mirror Online, so make sure you don't miss out.
The new nuggets follow a specially developed recipe, based on previous versions available in Asia and the US.
Lucky Aussies get to enjoy them as a permanent fixture on the menu as well.
But now it's our turn.
The spicy nuggets will be sold from 10am on 7 August, as reported by The Sun Online , and will come with a new Tabasco dip for those who like their food seriously hot.
The Sun reports that eager fast food fans can expect to pay £3.19 for six, £3.49 for nine or £4.99 for the 20 nugget snack box, which is about the same cost as the normal nuggets.
Youtube star Mark Ferris has already teased the new launch on Instagram a few days ago. The star posted this message to his 570,000 followers: "It may be cold at @ynotfestival but @mcdonaldsuk are turning up the [fire emojis] I’ve been given exclusive access to the new Spicy Nugget van! You will NOT be disappointed. Launching in the UK soon! Keep your peeled #ad "
The new launch follows McDonald's recent changes to its UK menu where several new items were made available for the first time.
The latest editions include a £2.79 bacon roll that features three rashers of bacon in a sourdough-style bun and an expanded range of wraps which includes a hot Cajun chicken one, made with crispy chicken breast strips or grilled chicken, Cajun sauce, Pepper Jack Cheese, tomato, jalapeno slices and lettuce.
The popular chain also recently announced it is extending breakfast hours at 115 restaurants across the UK .
The branches will now serve up your favourite breakfast items until 11am instead of 10:30am and if successful the move could be rolled out to all UK McDonald's restuarants.
