Bridgend’s popular shopping centre, the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet, is having a late night shopping event as part of its big, bi-annual sale. There will be lots of different offers, with different brands taking part.
The sale will be taking place on Thursday, June 1, when the centre will be open from 9am-9pm and shops will be reducing prices down by 20%. Organisers are hoping it will give people the chance to update their spring and summer wardrobes now that the warm weather has finally arrived.
There will also be a range of entertainment acts, including Rio-themed carnival dancers, Brazilian Capoeira dancers and Brazilian drummers, filling the centre with rhythm and joy.

The brands taking part at the Bridgend centre will be The North Face, Calvin Klein, The Cosmetic Company, Crew Clothing, Tommy Hilfiger, Hugo Boss and more. And people who want to gain exclusive early access to the sale can sign up to the MG Club, which will offer members the chance to preview offers from Wednesday, May 31.
Richard Garratt, centre manager, said: “Late night shopping is something we look forward to every year. Not only does it bring even more savings and unbeatable offers to our valued customers in Bridgend and beyond, but with complimentary entertainment and parking on site, also allows us to support our local community with a fun-filled family day out right on their doorstep.”
McArthurGlen Group, Europe’s leading owner, developer and manager of designer outlets, was founded in Europe by the Kaempfer Partners in 1993. The pioneer of designer outlet retailing in Europe, McArthurGlen has since developed 685,000 sq m of retail space.
