Stephen Kenny and his Ireland side watched the match together and will be in doubt as to the difficult challenge that awaits them on Monday evening.
Ronald Koeman, in his first outing as Netherlands manager, watched his illness-affected side succumb to a hammering from the French as early goals from Griezmann, Upamecano and Mbappe effectively ended the tie before half-time.

Mbappe was undoubtedly the star as he skippered the side in the absence of the now retired Hugo lloris. He set up Griezmann for the first before adding the third and fourth infront of a rapturous crowd in Paris.
With France now minus stalwarts such as Lloris and Raphael Varane they were looking to impress off the back of the immense disappointment of the World Cup final loss on penalties to Argentina. They did exactly that as new Dutch boss Koeman suffered a painful first 90 minutes of international management.
His sides disappointment was compounded when Memphis Depay's penalty was saved by new French No.1 Mike Maignan who sprung excellently to parry the ball clear.
France lead Group B after Greece beat Gibraltar 0-3. Ireland await France at the Aviva on Monday night.
