Maya Jama treated herself to a spa day ahead of her debut as the brand new host of Love Island - which returns with a winter edition later this month.
The presenter, 28, will front the new series following the departure of Laura Whitmore, 37 - who announced that she would be stepping down from the ITV2 show last year.
Ahead of her debut as host, Maya has enjoyed some time relaxing at a spa this week and took to Instagram to share pictures from her much-needed treat.
She initially shared a video of herself posing in a mirror, showcasing her toned physique in a black and white bikini.
The former BBC Radio 1 presenter appeared to be makeup free as she wore under eye masks in the clip.
She later uploaded a close-up selfie, which showed her pouting and sporting reddened skin under her eyes. She wrote alongside the photo: "Should have done this sooner".
Maya has subsequently posted more content from the spa, sharing a series of videos this afternoon - with her stating in one of them that she was "zen-ing [her] t**s off".
Maya discussed social media, saying that her main feed doesn't "reflect" who she is. She said it's "super glam" and suggested she will now post alternative content more.
She went on to ask her followers for their recommendations on how to style her hair for the first episode of Love Island's new series. She provided various suggestions to them.
This included suggesting having her hair curly, straight or crimpy. She later revealed that she was "leaning towards" opting for long and curly hair for her debut as host.
