With the new series of Love Island just around the corner, host Maya Jama made her way to South Africa earlier this week, ahead of her hosting debut on the hit reality show. Since arriving, the dating show host has spent her time relaxing with her team.
Maya’s Instagram has been filled with pictures and videos from a very sunny South Africa. From chilling by the pool to sharing her gorgeous-looking meals, she's shared a lot of what she has been up to. With just days until the new series, Maya showed her fans that she was already doing bits for the show with a picture of her dressing room door.
Earlier today, the Bristolian presenter shared some words of wisdom on her Instagram stories, telling fans: “Speak out, write down, pray for what you want, work hard for it, know and believe you deserve it. Walk away from it if it doesn’t make you feel good and don’t settle for anything that doesn’t align with it.”
She started posts with 'a morning thought', talking about how for the first time she didn’t know what she wanted next. She went on to say: “I’m in my 'enjoy what’s happening right now and think about what’s next later' bag currently.”

The show kicks off next Monday at 9pm when 10 new islanders will step foot in the villa. Today producers released a new twist for the series, asking fans to vote for who they want their first 'bombshell' to be.
In her post she also admitted: “Sounds a bit wild but anything I’ve ever really wanted in life I’ve got.”
