Drive to Survive fans will be delighted to hear of one driver's arrival on the hit show next season.
The Formula 1 docuseries fast became a Netflix sensation with new and existing fans catching a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the fast-paced world of racing.
As the series gained popularity, some questions began to be raised by fans and teams alike over the rivalries being portrayed - which rubbed one Red Bull driver the wrong way, so much so, that he refused to be part of it.

Max Verstappen has yet to be featured on the series, leaving many fans disappointed, however, during a recent interview the Dutchman suggested that he and producers had come to an understanding for next season.
During an episode of the Pardon My Take podcast, Dan "Big Cat" Katz“ asked Verstappen why he hasn’t been willing to take part, to which he joked: “I’m saving all my energy for the next one. I’m just paying my monthly subscription to Netflix, and yeah, It’s great.”
Delving into the reasons behind his absence from the show so far, the Red Bull driver said: “Well you know I’m not going to be too negative about it now because in the meantime of course I have talked to the people who are in charge and who are running the show.

“So I think we actually came to a good understanding for the future, but up until now, that’s why of course last year I was not involved.
“I think there were a few things where I was not really happy with especially you know with faking rivalries between drivers - that for me is a tough one because of course it did wonders in America, but also I think sometimes they portray a few drivers differently to how they actually are.
“And then of course, the people who are new to F1 think: ‘oh this guy is a bit of a d*ck,’ or whatever right? Which in real life he is not.”
Despite this, he said they have come to “an understanding” that will see the 24-year-old make his entrance to Netflix in March 2023.
“But having said that, like I just said before I think for the future we came to a good understanding of how we can work together,” he explained.
“So, I’m sure in the next one, you will see a little bit more of me.”
