Maura Higgins was pictured for the first time after being left 'shaken' by a horrifying raid at her Essex home.
Three masked men ripped down one of the gates at her apartment complex and attempted to steal a number of vehicles from the car park, it was recently reported.
Police were called to the reality star's apartment complex in the early hours of Wednesday morning last week.
The masked men broke open the large metal gate by shaking it and tried to break into a number of cars.
A week later, Maura was spotted leaving her gym as she moved on from the terrifying incident.
She rocked a white crop top and grey sports leggings which she teamed with white socks and plain white trainers.
She kept her brown locks off her face with a high ponytail and completed the look with a white hairband.
Maura carried a large black duffel bag and held onto a giant water bottle, her phone and her keys.
The Love Island star, who rose to fame on the show in 2019, looked relaxed as she made her way to her car with a male friend.
Her outing comes after a source revealed the reality star was "shaken up" by the raid at her Essex home.
"Maura was shaken up. Neighbours caught it all on CCTV and it was chilling to see three masked men ram through the gates and start trying to break into cars," a source revealed.
"Maura has lived in her gated community for three years and said she no longer feels safe.
“There are a number of high-profile names in that complex and living in that area. It is worrying for everyone, including Maura.
“The complex has a real community feel so they are all supporting each other and the CCTV has been shared around.
“Maura is upping security on her car and at her home," the source added to The Sun.
Following the raid, Maura took herself on a relaxing getaway to central London on Saturday night where she got all dolled up for a special dinner with friends.
