Maura Higgins escaped London for some peace as rumours surrounding Giovanni Pernice and Emily Atack's BRIT Awards hook-up begin to swirl.
The Strictly lothario, 31 and Inbetweeners actress, 32, were said to have shared a cheeky snog after the BRIT Awards on Tuesday.
Maura, 31, dated the Italian heartthrob for several months last year and was said to be heartbroken when he called it quits saying he 'didn't want to settle down', according to reports.
The Irish beauty has now shared a video of herself and her gal pals enjoying the country life on Instagram.
Sharing a pic of a super sweet cottage which wouldn't look out of place in Lord of the Rings she wrote: "Tonight's stay."
She then shared a pic of a roaring log fire with the caption: "Cosy."
However it wasn't all peace and tranquility as in the next vid Maura and her pal can be seen careering down a pathway riding bikes wearing dressing gowns.
Accompanying the footage with Florida's Riding Dirty, Maura is next seen in hysterics standing next to the bikes piled up on the floor.
Wearing grey joggers and a cropped black jacket she protests she 'didn't know how to put the thing down'.
Her friend at this point is beside herself, joking: "so you just dash the bike down on the floor" before adding the caption: "You can forget your invite next time @maurahiggins".
Maura's ex Giovanni and Emily were said to be "all over each other" after the BRITs, which Maura attended, at the O2 Arena in London.
It's thought that the Strictly Come Dancing star had travelled down to London from Glasgow so he could party with the actress at The Box.
In an image obtained by the MailOnline, the two stars can be seen together in the smoking area of the star-studded bash.
An onlooker told The Sun : "Gio and Emily were snogging the faces off each other. Their hands were everywhere and they were absolutely loving it.
"He had been following her around the club and joined her on Maya Jama’s private table.
"Before long he had his arms draped over her on the dance floor where they kissed — and then held hands outside in the smoking area."
Maura hasn't commented on the reports but was said to be heartbroken when she split from the dancer.
Prior to their separation the former ring girl's Instagram was full of loved-up photos of the pair.
