The 1975 frontman Matty Healy performed an emotional a song about unrequited love after it was reported he and Taylor Swift had called time on their brief romance.
Taylor and Matty's romance first came to light earlier this year, with the pair being spotted together several times as well as The 1975 singer being pictured supporting his rumoured new girlfriend on her Eras tour.
However, after a source claimed Taylor is now "single" Matty took to the stage at the Wiener Stadthalle in Vienna, Austria.
In a video uploaded to Twitter by a fan at The 1975 concert, Matty can be seen performing the track 102 from the band's 2018 album A Brief Inquiry into Online Relationships.
This is the first time The 1975 have ended their set with this tragic love song.
Speaking about the meaning behind the lyrics previously, Matty told BBC 1 Radio that the song is about the times he shared with a girl.
He said: "I loved her but she didn't feel the same way. I don't even think she knew I loved her. As she and I became close friends, we had traditions. We'd somehow always coincidentally be out at exactly 1:02AM, so that was our thing.
"Now whenever I'm awake at 1:02AM, I think of her and I let her go."
Matty was also seen drinking from a hip flash during The 1975's performance after news of their split was announced.
Taylor and Matty were last seen together in public on May 25 for a romantic dinner date.
A close friend confirmed Taylor is "single" again, as reported by TMZ.
During their whirlwind romance, Matty appeared at all three of Taylor's Nashville concerts and was spotted hanging out with the singer's dad during her Eras Tour shop in Philadelphia.
Meanwhile, Matty shared a kiss with a security guard during the band’s appearance at NorthSide Festival in Denmark on Saturday.
A fan captured footage of the singer mouthing to the guard "Wanna kiss me?" to which the security guard agreed and raised his hands in celebration.
The kiss took place during the band's rendition of their hit Robbers, carrying on Matty's tradition of consensually kissing someone on the lips during the song.
Matty abandoned this tradition earlier this year when Taylor joined The 1975 on stage at The O2 in London.
