Matthew Stafford selling Hidden Hills home 2 years after buying it from Drake

Matthew Stafford has been busy in the real estate market since arriving in Los Angeles three years ago. In that short period of time, he’s purchased multiple homes in Southern California, including a $28 million mansion in Hidden Hills that he bought at the end of 2023.

In 2022, he purchased two homes from Drake – yes, that Drake – totaling $11 million, and he’s already moving on from one of those properties. According to Realtor.com, Stafford is selling one of the homes, which he bought for $5 million. He’s listed it for $5.7 million, so slightly higher than what he bought it for two years ago.

The home is 3,645 square-feet and is the larger of the two properties. It has four bedrooms and five baths, sitting on 1.5 acres, and it also comes with an 800-square-foot guesthouse and a heated pool with a pool house.

After selling this home, Stafford will then have two properties in Southern California: His primary residence in Hidden Hills purchased in 2023 and one of the two homes he purchased from Drake.
