Matt Lucas is looking slimmer than ever after undergoing a dramatic weight loss in recent years.
The 48-year-old actor and comedian has completely transformed his body and lifestyle, despite being surrounded by cakes and sweet treats on Channel 4's Great British Bake Off.
But how exactly has Matt - who has even been thin-shamed for his new appearance - managed to lose weight over the past two years?
Here, we take a look at the secrets behind the Little Britain star's incredible weight loss journey, what motivated him to get in shape and the weight-related health concern he previously battled.
Lockdown weight gain
Matt previously admitted to losing weight after piling on the pounds over lockdown.
During an appearance on ITV's Lorraine last year, the star cited the pandemic as his motivation for getting fit.
Host Lorraine Kelly asked: "How on Earth though, have you been in lockdown and working on Bake Off and you've lost tonnes of weight?"
"I've lost some weight, I needed to take the edge off, because I put on a lot of weight in lockdown," Matt said.
Lorraine replied: "Oh I have, I think lots of people have."
Matt went on: "I just had to do something about it.
"I've still got a bit of a tum, I've got a little bit of a tum, I'm not a skinny minnie."
Speaking about his future goals, he added: "The one thing I need to do is get fitter, I have put on a little bit of weight, that's my next challenge to do a bit more exercise."
"I might have to make a game of it when I go out and exercise to stay out of people's way. I don't have a garden so I have to find a way to do that."
Matt's personal trainer housemate
But while Matt may not have a garden, the star does have an advantage when it comes to exercising.
The television personality has a live-in personal trainer in the form of housemate Jamie Barnard.
In a previous Instagram video, Matt shared: "My housemate Jamie is a personal trainer extraordinaire."
The star is yet to share any details of his exercise routine, but follows Jamie's fitness page on social media - Positive Mind Personal Training.
As a PT, Jamie tends to focus on how physical exercise benefits our state of mind, reduces anxiety, stress, elevates mood and improves self-esteem.
His website states: "PMPT is all about reaping the positive benefits that exercise has on our mental state."
Thin-shamed over weight loss
However, it hasn't all been positive for Matt in the weight department.
Back in April, the comic spoke out after being 'thin-shamed' whilst watching Arsenal take on Manchester United at a football match.
Taking to Twitter after the game, Matt posted: "Shout out to the lady who stopped me at football today to ask me why I've lost weight and to inform me I look a lot older.
"For the first time in my life, I think i've just been thin-shamed."
Health concerns
It isn't the first time Matt has managed to shed the pounds.
In 2009, the Little Britain star was told to reduce his daily calorie intake to 1,500 over fears he may develop diabetes.
He took the doctor's warning seriously after losing his own father John to a heart attack in 1996.
The 5ft 6in funnyman weighed 14 stone at the time.
Speaking to The Guardian, he revealed: "I've lost a couple of stone, and I need to lose some more. It all came off in two months. My doctor said if I wasn't careful I'd end up with self-inflicted diabetes.
"It was a counter-intuitive thing. I really like chocolate, and if I'm diabetic it'll be off-limits.
"I don't expect to be thin, but I'd like to feel a bit healthier. The problem is that I'm having to wear all these old clothes as my weight changes."
