Matt Healy to move in with Taylor Swift as whirlwind romance steps up a notch

The 1975 frontman Matt Healy is reportedly preparing to set up home with his rumoured girlfriend and singing sensation Taylor Swift, as their 'whirlwind' romance heats up.

The musical duo were rumoured to be dating shortly after the Anti-Hero singer Taylor split from her acting partner Joe Alwyn, with the pair reportedly "so loved up" and "wanting to spend as much time together as they can."

The 1975 singer, 34, has been spotted out dating the 33-year-old on a number of occasions whilst Taylor is currently touring in the US on her Eras tour Stateside. Matt has been seen watching her performances.

It's now been said that Matt has moved over his belongings from his home in the UK to set up base with Taylor at her new residence in New York, as she prepares to write her next album.

"He and Taylor are so loved up and want to spend as much time together as they can," an insider told the US Sun.

“Matty has already told the 1975 team that he’ll be doing all the band demos in America for the foreseeable.

“He will work on his parts for their collaboration while she is on tour and has scheduled time to attend select shows to gather inspiration for her next album," they added.

The source who spoke to the publication also claims Matt is "Joe 2.0" and says the singer, whose mum is popular Loose Women panellist, Denise Welch, is not bothered by Taylor's superstar status which was reportedly one of the reasons her relationship with Joe came to an end.

According to reports, the pair had "differences in their personalities" and ultimately "weren't the right fit for one another."

Joe, who starred in BBC's The Conversations With Friends, had previously emphasised his need for privacy and had "struggled" with the level of Taylor's fame which has only but grown in the past few years.

"Joe has struggled with Taylor's level of fame and the attention from the public," a source told People. "The differences in their personalities have also become harder to ignore after years together. They've grown apart."

According to multiple sources, Taylor and Joe had been "talking about marriage as recently as a few months before the split."
