Matt Hancock's girlfriend Gina Coladangelo 'sells £7.5million home to Gordon Ramsay'

Matt Hancock's lover Gina Coladangelo has reportedly sold her family home to Gordon Ramsay for a cool £7.5million.

Gina shared the property with her estranged husband Oliver Tress and the pair are said to have cashed in on the house by striking a deal with the hot-tempered telly chef and entrepreneur.

Hancock and Gina's affair was exposed when the pair were caught on CCTV canoodling.

It is believed that the images were leaked to the press by an insider at the Department of Health on May 6, 2021.

Hancock said in private Whatsapp messages at the time: "Crikey. Not sure there's much news value in that and I can't say it's very enjoyable viewing."

Gina and her estranged husband Oliver Tress lived at the South London property with their three children.

Oliver is the founder of clothing and homeware company Oliver Bonas.

The property was bought for £3.8million in 2015 and is over £2m more than the highest price paid for a home on that street, according to Mail Online.

It was apparently valued at between £3.8million and £4.6million.

Gordon's net worth is reportedly £157m and he is said to take home £42m each year.

The 56-year-old already owns a luxury property with wife Tana which is worth £7m just less than a mile away and is said to be undergoing renovations.

His spokesperson declined to comment on the story.

Representatives for Gina and Hancock and Oliver were also contacted for a comment.

Gina, reported to be a millionaire, met Hancock at the student radio station at Oxford University in the early 2000s.

She spoke to BBC Radio 4 for a profile of Hancock last year, saying: “We met at the student radio station, Oxygen FM. I read the news and Matt read the sport.

"I’ve always joked with him that he did the sport because he wasn’t good enough to do the news, but I think it gave him a bit of an early head’s up into aggressive questioning from journalists and hacks.”

A flurry of WhatsApp messages show how Hancock reacted to the fallout from the leaked CCTV footage.

The messages, published by the Telegraph , show Hancock discussing the guidance in place at the time and deciding what his initial response to media questions should be.

As he awaits publication, Hancock asks a special adviser: "How bad are the pics?"

Told it's a "snog and heavy petting", he replies: "How the f did anyone photograph that?"

In his diaries, worked on with Ms Oakeshott and published last year, Hancock said that he resigned as health secretary after colleagues failed to defend him publicly.

By his own account, he said that Boris Johnson had assured him he could carry on even though he and Ms Coladangelo had been pictured kissing in his office in breach of his own social-distancing guidelines.

But after the story broke, Hancock said he found himself "increasingly isolated" politically and was left with no choice but to quit.

Last week Carol Vorderman issued a not-so-subtle dig at Hancock as she was left fuming at claims they cosied up together at Cheltenham.

The Pride of Britain legend, 62, had attended the races on Tuesday alongside a whole host of famous faces in the VIP area and appeared to be in great spirits as she enjoyed a laugh with Gareth Gates.

Cinched in at the waist with an underbust corset and leather skirt, Carol stole the show on Tuesday as she donned a pair of aviator shades and warded away the chill with a fur stole.

The former Countdown host was also spotted having a chat with MP Matt Hancock and while she has conceded that she somewhat reluctantly chatted to the disgraced politician, Carol is vehemently denying that they "cosied up" together.

She added that she was "brought up to be polite" and that's why she responded to the couple after they approached her.
