Matt Hancock 'attacked' by snake during I'm a Celeb House of Horror trial

Matt Hancock was attacked by a snake during Sunday night's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! House of Horrors Bushtucker Trial.

The Tory MP was voted to take on the gruelling task which was his fifth trial of the series so far, and he admitted that he was "s******* himself". Matt had to enter a life-sized dollhouse with four rooms which were filled with creepie crawlies and snakes.

Presenters Ant and Dec told the former health secretary that he had to remain calm and move slowly when near the snakes.

However despite this, the reptiles appeared to take a dislike to him and struck twice, but missed both times. It's not been a good start to the day for Matt, after he was also stung by a tiny scorpion, leaving him feeling dizzy with a sore finger.

But it would appear that viewers are getting bored of Matt doing all the trials, with one person saying: "Matt is getting so much air time and bored of it. Vote Owen for the next trial."

Someone else tweeted: "Totally bored of Hancock doing all the trails now. It's not funny anymore. Let someone else take a turn."

A third commented: "As much as I hate Matt Hancock and enjoying see him in pain - I'd like to see another campmate take over the trials."
