Matt Goss has admitted that Strictly Come Dancing is 'starting to really make sense' to him despite leaving him 'exhausted'.
The 54-year-old singer is currently competing in the BBC show alongside professional dancer Nadiya Bychkova and they've been busy rehearsing for their second performance this weekend.
On Wednesday evening, Matt took a break from rehearsals to share a video on his Instagram Story.
Addressing his 192,000 followers, Matt said: "Hi guys, I'm actually exhausted. I actually don't know if I have to go on eBay and buy a new pair of legs and shoes and feet and everything!"
He continued: "I mean every piece of me aches, I'm here with Nadiya," before panning the camera across to the 33-year-old blonde.
Matt then said: "We're doing well and it's starting to really make sense so I can't wait to show you on Saturday night, and hopefully I'll stay in the show and don't forget to vote team Mattiya!"
His plea comes after he and Nadiya hit back at some of the "harsh" feedback they received from the Strictly judges last weekend.
The singer confessed he needed more usable criticism, while Nadiya also didn't agree with the remarks they were handed on Sunday night.
Head Judge Shirley Ballas did say he had potential, but claimed his performance "fell apart" and was "rattling" .
Appearing on It Takes Two on Monday, Matt said the feedback had knocked his confidence a bit.
He explained: "I think it was that everyone seemed to get quite constructive criticism, and then to say when you get to it, 'Well I don't quite know what it was'. But I'm like, I want to know what it was.
"I did find great comfort in Craig, which I never thought I was going to be able to say that in week one. But he did say he liked my routine but again mentioned the frame, and went on to say I would learn about my frame which is the whole point.
"And then Motsi, she was dead right. I was into the dance, and she wanted feel me more, and that is what I needed that critique which I can go back an actually use."
Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday at 6:45pm on BBC One.
