Fans have shared the ups and downs of the Baker family's life on a farm.
In an episode from August, Matt got more than he bargained for as he came close to breaking down in tears on the TV show.
He was forced to fight back the water-works after watching an emotional tribute to his father Michael.
Matt moved back to his family farm in the Durham Dales last year from London after his mum Janice suffered a bad accident whilst working.
On the show, Matt is seen working in the family garage on his dad’s beloved old car, which has sat there unused for over two decades.
But after lying idle for such a long time Matt admitted he didn’t hold much hope of resurrecting the car to it former glory.
"For 20 years, my dad's old car's been rusting away as an eyesore at the side of the farm," revealed Matt on the show.
"It's been weighing heavy on his mind. It's caused me a lot of sleepless nights, because it's just a shame to see it go.
"And I couldn't do anything about it.”
Matt took the car to a local restoration garage to see if it could be fixed and stressed: "I want her to go again. I just hope she comes back.
"It would mean the world if it could be saved, but I'm not holding out much hope."

However, when the great unveil happened, Matt stood on one side of the garage door which opened and showed the mechanic sitting behind the wheel.
He turned the ignition key and incredibly the engine roared to life.
"There she is!” shoued Matt excitedly.
"I tell you what, that takes me back. Even that engine. That has hit me in the heart that has.
"Oh my word, it's coming back! Everything's working.
"Mother's not going to believe it. I tell you, I think my mother was hoping that it would disappear.
"It's just amazing, I expected to come in here and have a poke around underneath - I never in a million years expected you to reverse it off the ramp."
*Matt Baker: Our Farm In The Dales continues at 9pm on Monday on More4.
