Seahawks WR Tyler Lockett vs. ???
It will be a surprise to see who is playing in the slot on Sunday. Both Jalen Thompson and Antonio Hamilton, the team’s two top slot defenders, are out. Lockett has regularly cooked the Cardinals. He has eight touchdown receptions in 16 career games against the Cardinals.
Cardinals OLBs vs. Seahawks RT Jake Curhan
Dennis Gardeck has four sacks. Victor Dimukeje has 3.5. Zaven Collins has 2.5. Curhan is perhaps the weakest link of the Seattle offensive line.
Cardinals WR Marquise Brown vs. Seahawks CBs
Brown should have better numbers. He has been beating opposing cornerbacks with regularity. The problem is Josh Dobbs has regularly missed him down the field.
However, the Seattle secondary is great. Between Devon Witherspoon, Riq Woolen and Tre Brown, they have slowed opposing receivers significantly.
Seahawks DT Jarran Reed vs. Cardinals RG Will Hernandez
The return of Reed to Seattle has been a big reason why the starting defense is so much better at defending the run. Hernandez will be tasked with slowing him.
