Jock Zonfrillo's death doesn't appear to have hit home for his daughter, two, who has been sleeping with his clothes.
His widow Lauren Fried has taken to social media to share a snap of their daughter Isla, asleep while cuddling up to the late TV stars clothing.
Jock who previously appeared on MasterChef Australia was found dead in a hotel room in Carlton, Australia, on April 30 aged 46.
His body was discovered after police were tasked with carrying out a welfare check at his hotel and while there was no immediate confirmation of his cause of death, it was ruled to not be suspicious.
Two months after his tragic passing, Lauren posted a snap of their daughter Isla on Jock's Instagram page with an emotional update.
The tot, two, could be seen fast asleep in her car booster sear while cuddling up to a t-shirt which had been worn by her late father.
Captioning her upload, she penned: "Little Isla has started sleeping with Papa's clothes, keeps him close. lz."
Her post which has since racked up over 42,000 likes was soon flooded with messages from fans who were moved by the revelation.
One commented: "My children's father passed away almost 19 years ago. They still wear his clothes."
"This must bring Isla so much comfort. Such a precious photo and post," said a second.
Before a third went on to pen: "He is close little one, just in a different way. Love and light to your beautiful babes and strength to you Loz."
"Sending love from a huge fan of @zonfrillo's in Scotland. I can’t imagine what you’re going through Loz. Sending so much love and light," said another.
Lauren's update comes just several days after she told fans that she is helping Isla and her brother come to terms with the loss of their father.
She revealed that she and their children had been reading books which have been a "bridge to help me explain" their dad's death and that they are surrounded by love.
Followers of Jock's account which is now being used by Lauren quickly took to the comment section to share their support, with one writing: "My father illustrated the third of these books (Beginnings and Endings with Lifetimes in Between). So very pleased that you and your children have connected with it. Thinking of you all."
The Scottish-born chef was buried following a private funeral in Sydney with 200 of his nearest friends and family in attendance.
