A MasterChef The Professionals finalist has been announced as the last chef to take part in this year's Bishop Auckland Food Festival.
The festival, which takes place on April 23 - 24, has more than 150 local and regional food and drink traders, as well as live cooking demonstrations from well-known chefs.
Philli Armitage-Mattin, who has worked in Michelin Star kitchens in Tokyo, Hong Kong and the UK, is the latest to be announced and will take to the stage on the Sunday.

Philli, who entertained the nation when she made it to the final of the BBC One cookery show, will be hoping to tantalise the taste buds of visitors to the festival with her take on Asian-inspired recipes tailored to the Western palette.
She will star alongside some big names taking part in the festival, including Strictly Come Dancing star John Whaite and the multi-Michelin starred Jean-Christophe Novelli.
Also announced for the weekend is local favourite Chris Bavin, who has presented Eat Well for Less since 2015, first alongside Gregg Wallace and now Jordan Banjo.
Chris will host the cookery theatre and introduce chefs throughout the weekend.
The festival is part of Durham County Council's bid to become UK City of Culture 2025, with it being the first entire county to win the award should it be successful.
Cllr Elizabeth Scott, Durham County Council’s Cabinet member for economy and partnerships, said: "We are excited to add Philli’s expertise to the line up of incredible chefs who will be sharing their cookery talents and entertaining audiences at this year’s festival.
"With festival favourite Chris Bavin as the host of this year’s cookery theatre, we hope everyone has an appetite for some foodie fun.
"Bishop Auckland Food Festival is one of the highlights of our events schedule and we know that people look forward to returning each year.
"Along with our other food, music and light festivals, this event proves that the county has a cultural programme worthy of being crowned City of Culture, and we can’t wait to welcome people for two days of festival fun."
